Prensa não aquece e até o momento sem solução, é um absurdo esse suporte pós venda

Habe mich erstmal sehr gefreut, dass die Presse sehr schnell geliefert wurde! Aber! Das Öffnen und das Schließen der Presse ist mit einem Scheckmoment verbunden! Sie geht seeehr schwer zu schließen! Beim Öffnen springt sie extrem schnell auf, so dass man die Presse überhaupt nicht halten kann. Erst nach dem ich eine Feder entfernt habe geht das Öffnen und Schließen einigermaßen gut! Das Positionieren eines Shirts geht auch nicht gut, da der Deckel im weg ist! Man kann den unteren Teil der Presse nicht zu sich ziehen, damit man meh Platz hat. Alles in allem würde ich mir diese Presse in dieser Version nicht noch einmal kaufen!

The worst experience I have ever had. The product was never delivered. Waited about 2 1/2 weeks. No human interaction to let me know what was going on with the shipment. The shipping company Vevor used tried delivering to other locations and not our physical location. Everyone had our company Vevor and shipping company had all our contact info and still didn't reach out to us. Very disappointed.

I have bought two of these exact ones and they both stopped working right after the warranty expired. Which would be a year later. There is no customer service number to call only via email and that really didn’t help me with anything.

Currently UNABLE to use my BRAND NEW product because the press WILL NOT fully close!!!! Have contacted customer service about receiving a replacement (which is preferred) or a refund and they take forever to respond 😞. The problem IS NOT as simple as “turning the handwheel” which is what I was told to do from the customer service rep.

I received my package today shipping was a super fast and I'm very grateful for that but the package arrived damaged with holes all in the Box when unpackaging the heat press there is dents metal is completely broken

Bought for my wife to replace a previous unit for which Vevor do not hold replacement parts. On unpacking found damage to one corner of the unit but internal packaging showed no signs of damage. Eventually came to an agreement with Vevor that I would accept compensation for the damage. Not impredded with the refusal to replace a damaged item and having to fight for a decent level of compensation. I like and continue to buy Vevor products but their customer support sucks big time.

It's a decent press and worked well out of the box. The top section where the pressure knob is had sustained some damage and was bent enough that we couldn't screw the knob down correctly. We had to bend it back into place with a hammer and block of wood. The box it arrived in was pristine, so this damage was done prior to boxing it up which isn't great. Secondly the foam and pad are NOT glued to the unit. So if you're trying to position cloth or a garment on it and need to move it, you're fighting against the pad and it's sliding around. Glued it down, and bent the case back so it was usable and its doing its job in the shop.

It's ok I'm not really impressed by it, it does the job but quality is not that great
