This bike rack is ok, but as sold doesn't secure a ladies ebike without using a ratchet strap or bungie cords. The problem is our bike has a very low cross piece on the frame. The "v" clamp comes into contact with the chain guard before contacting the cross piece of the frame. Otherwise this bike rack is great. Cheers, Paul.

Okay, about what everyone else says is correct. It's not difficult to put together and it's very light weight. I was a little worried initially. Our bikes are every bit of 75 pound each with 4" tires. We own a rack that will not wobble or tilt and holds 500 pounds, but it is unrealistic for our trip. It is built more for motorcycles. We found this one and Vevor items we've purchased previously have always held up. We traveled from Texas to Michigan and back with the bikes on the back of our Jeep, being towed by our Motorhome. It is a little shaky, so when you drive your vehicle you will see it bobble back and forth a little. However after 3450 miles it held up. I used the stabilizer and it works just like it's supposed to the wobble comes from the hinge that allows you to tilt the rack up and down when not in use. If you have a step-through bike I strongly suggest getting a crossbar.

The rack was delivered sooner than expected. Everything was individually wrapped with clear and concise instructions that installation easy.

Good quality. Easy to asemble. Easy to mount. Pins need more taper foe easier insertion. Knobs are somewhat sharp, making tightning Uncomfortable. Rounding the edges would be an improvement. Overall, I would definitely recommend this rack.

Have a 65 lb electric bike very very secure on the rack. Most carriers say it would be too heavy No worries it is very secure

Would have given 5stars for overall but 1 of the hold down straps was missing

Rack itself is great. Nice and sturdy. Easy to install. And good features. The only thing is the tie down straps. I don't know if we received some from a bad batch, or if they are just flimsy. My wife and I have used the rack about five times since we purchased it, and two of the straps already tore. This is the only set-back I see on this rack. Do you offer replacement straps? Or an upgraded mounting system for this rack?

Overall very good. Easy to assemble and fit to car. Assembly instructin could have larger pictures and be more clear. Too much movement at hinges/ folding points. May need more snug fitting or washers. Hitch mounting also could be improve to more snug fit.

Holds both mine and my wife's bikes, the anti sway or what ever you call that piece does not work well. I have tightened it and it started to bend the hitch insert but it still swayed quite a bit.when driving i use an extra ratchet strap
