Purchased early July 2026 for a several hour road trip to go cycling once we arrived at our destination. Great quality and held our 2 mountain bikes with ease. Loved the tilt away feature, allowing full access to rear door w/access items in the back of our suv without removing the bikes. Would recommend to others. Thanks

Love the bike rack, love the price. Instructions suck but can be figured out by pictures. Had 1 damaged part, waiting to hear on that, their team says it will be handled, hope to see positive results

Good double bike rack, bought it for a jeep with a spare tire on back door. It has a fold down feature that I thought allowed me to open the window or the door somewhat, Unfortunately the rack will not let me open the top window nor door at all. Still using it, but that was a disappointment, otherwise the rack is well made.

Solid piece of rack. Well designed and built. My only issue was it was 1-1/4" hitch mount which provides very little stability (single point of contact). Lots of sway while driving on smooth roads. I had two old mountain bikes on it. By the time I reached my destination, the rack had started to bend the hitch down on the car. The hitch was a standard Curt heavy steel hitch. Very surprised! I had to dismantle one bike and transport it inside the car on the way home. Wouldn't do this again. Great pity. Maybe the 2" hitch would work?

bon produit, rapidement envoyé, rapport qualité/prix imbattable, facilement monté, le kit de pièces détachées est complet mais les rondelles de M8 ne correspondent pas : facilement remplacées par mon stock ; les trous de passage de la goupille de verrouillage (diamètre 12mm) sur le timon principal est plus petit que prévu : un nouveau perçage propre est nécessaire sur le bras pivotant au diamètre 12mm. Utilisé de nombreuses fois depuis, répond parfaitement à mes attentes. Très satisfait. Note : système de montage américain pour un montage et démontage rapides, une adaptation est nécessaire, voir photos

Great product. Very happy with it. Very strong and sturdy. I got it for our 2 ebikes. Highly recommend.

Was missing a hole in the base. After I drilled it out it seems like it will work fine

This was great for the price. One of the bolt holes seems to be missing but doesn’t affect the function or stability so we’ve just gone without. Compared to brand name racks, the price was what sold us. No regrets, great purchase!
