Real heavy duty bike rack, I mean it’s heavy! Other than quite a bit of assembly, we are very happy with it. The anti wiggle feature works well. Just wish it had handles to tighten it instead of requiring a wrench. I suppose it makes it more difficult to steal. Comes with all the straps and tie downs you may need! Easy to adjust to your bikes.

Exactly what I needed to move my heavy ebikes to the best area to ride

It is ok to build and a strong item but my only concern is that there is no way to load our heavy e-bikes. I have seen others that have a ramp to push the bikes up, this does not. It is almost impossible for my wife and I too load our bikes. I’m figuring out a way to build one so I can use this one. We are both 75 yrs old and not as strong as we used to be so it is a challenge to load.

Bought this to go pick up 2 e-bikes I bought on marketplace. Assembly instructions were good. Everything fit as it should. I had to grind a little off the square corners that fit into the car receiver only because my receiver had very rounded corners. We picked up the bikes and adjusted the rack to fit them. The hour drive home was fine. Solid rack. It’s also very adjustable for travel with no bike. Our bikes were 65 pounds each. No problem!

Easy to assemble, sturdy, and lightweight This is a good purchase, specially since we drive the poor Quebec roads which a nothing less than driving a Rocky Mountain road on a good day. The bike support remained tight all along the ride. The good stuff is that when we migrate to electric bikes, it will stand the weight as well.

bought the carrier for my e-bike and mountain bike. sturdy enough for the e-bike. like the extra bracket to stabilize the hitch, keeps it from tilting side to side. tilts up when not in use or easy to unhook and store. not the fancy model but does what I need it to do for now. good pricing and built well. I would buy again

The assemble of the bake rack was relatively simple. The bike rack is well constructed. I have used it several times and have notice that it iot keeps the very secure especially when you use the supplied receiver clamp. I would recommend this product to family and friends.

Good double bike rack, bought it for a jeep with a spare tire on back door. It has a fold down feature that I thought allowed me to open the window or the door somewhat, Unfortunately the rack will not let me open the top window nor door at all. Still using it, but that was a disappointment, otherwise the rack is well made.
