Holds both mine and my wife's bikes, the anti sway or what ever you call that piece does not work well. I have tightened it and it started to bend the hitch insert but it still swayed quite a bit.when driving i use an extra ratchet strap

Bike rack worked fine the first couple times I used it. After about 6 months the plastic tabs that hold the rubber straps have all broken off. The plastic looks to have become brittle. So now the bike rack is useless. Cannot strap the bikes onto it anymore.

One of the worst products I've ever bought. although the quality in the material is great, the instruction manual is basically garbage. it took over 3 hours to build, and rebuild, and rebuild. why? Because they don't care about their instructions. it didn't fit my car hitch very well, it was loose, a lot of manual wrench tightening required which is not what you need when you're on the go on vacation and biking different trails. this is not a good product, I'm sorry to tell you this cuz I love vivo. but this has to be the worst product they sell. not worth even for $15

I tried contacting customer service before purchasing because I was about to go on vacation, and I needed to know if my electric bikes would fit. No one contacted me back. I took a chance to use it. My frames were too thick and I couldn't mount my 2 bikes. It wasn't too difficult to assemble. But now all bolted together it would be a little difficult to return. I have purchased many product and have been satisfied in the past, but I can not use this bike rack for my bikes and I wish someone had gotten back to me to discuss the practicality of using this with my bikes.

De s'adapte pas sur une boule d'attelage

La section du tube carré qui s'attelle à l'attellage est non conforme , la section carré est plus importante et les 2 perçages inadaptés , au final ce n'est pas une si bonne affaire puisque 49,99 euros à la poubelle comme le support vélo à la poubelle , méfiance pour d'éventuels achats vevor.

Bought it about a month ago and finally got around to the task of attaching it to the car; and of course it doesn't fit as my vehicle uses a 1 and 1/4 towbar receiver, not the 2 inch receiver which admittedly is probably standard for most vehicles these days. Would have been nice though if Vevor had highlighted the need to verify hitch class for your vehicle.

Fonctionne bien, ça fait le travail pour le prix. Les tige de retenu trop petit et faible donc ça plie. Ruber de protection cassé sur le champ donc aucune protection pour le frame du vélo donc ça geafigne. Je ne recommanderait pas à personne mais pour le prix la qualité va avec.

This rack compares well to other $500-600 ones that are similar. It is an excellent, however relatively light weight rack and performs well with my mountain bikes, even on the highway. I would give it four stars except for the fact that it came with an undeniable defect... 2 of the outer main linch pin clearance holes (in the tip up hinge function tubes) were not drilled out to the diameter of the pin. I had to use a uni-bit to bore them out myself to finish installing. A less resourceful person would not have been able to use the rack out of the box😕
