Very solid product. We have been using it over the summer for 3 months now. There hasn't been an issue with the rack (no rusting, no deteriorating). We have a lot of customers using it and have been waiting for purchase another rack.

If you're a house that heavily uses bikes to get around your shore town, this was a no brainier. Not the best rigid quality, but for the money add a little can of grey Rust-Oleum makes this bike rack a perfect addition to the biped gang. Once assembled, just spray any assembly rashes and around the joints and it's built to last. Highly recommend.

This is a good light duty rack. I am not sure how well it would stand up to the outdoors. I have installed three and may buy more for an indoor bike room. The instructions were a bit clumsy to use but the picture shows the position of all the components and it went together fairly easily. Was supposed to come with a wrench but instead there was a useless tape measure. It came with a tiny philips screwdriver but too small to apply any kind of torque. Have a decent philips with a small tip. A deep 10mm socket on a ratchet wrench or a 10 mm nut driver or a box wrench is necessary. As I said no wrench was included as anticipated. Also the end caps to keep water etc out of the pipes do not go in by hand. A hammer, either with a steel peen or urethane mallet are needed. There are small washers that go under the nuts. Washers that held the nut as you tighten the screws would have been a lot easier. Also, one of the pipes were dented making it unable to be joined to the next. Fortunately we had a plier that allowed us the pull the dent out. So, phillips, 10mm wrench, pliers and hammer are necessary. If we need one or two more, I have no hesitancy getting these identical units.

The product was easy to assemble, I had to put supports in the middle to stop too much flexing when in use. Should be part of the overall package

If it wasn't for the lack of instructions, I would rate it higher. I had to figure out the assembly by looking at pictures of the product assembled online in order to put it together.

It will do the job but it is not very sturdy or well built for the high price of it. Disappointed to say the least

Came very fast. Unfortunatly it is horrible junk. Held together with screws. Most certainly not secure to lock a bike to. I dont recommend this at all.

el producto esta bien no ay queja, pero claro si confian en transporte a seur que mienten para no traertelo a casa por que pesa ay perdemos todo. confien en tranportes buenos y le ira mejor
