I have 3 dogs with one being a large Lab. He is able to to in and out without any issue. Door does stay open if there is a strong breeze outside. Will not be able to use in the winter but very easy to install and worth the money.

Seems to work good so far. Well constructed.

The positives: Assembly went smoothly and doggie door actually fits in a shorter profile door. It's also secure. We've reduced the amount of accidents our 3 dogs were having by like 95%, which is why we got it! On the down side, the doggie door is thin compared to the sliding glass door, and there was no included insulation or weather stripping for the sliding door to butt up against it.

If the doggie door arrived and didn't have bent frame and missing parts it would have been a good purchase just note that the size medium flap door is not for anything larger than me maybe in 15 lb small dog a medium sized dog will not fit through that at all and it's also kind of tough for the small dog and two push open the flap and if your door frame is Any Which Way But Plum Square you would have to improvise and put shims to keep it level and secure

Chatière pour porte coulissante de belle qualité, dommage qu'elle ne soit pas aux normes des fenêtres Française au niveau de la hateur , de plus le M que j'ai reçu correspond plutôt à du S, sachant que chez vevor dans la taille M il existe deux tailles de portes , une en 210x311 MM et une autre un peu moins cher en 133,4x206,4 et oui pas assez haute et passage trop petit pour un main coon sachant que sur la photo apparaît un yockshire cela est vraiment trompeur, je suis très déçu.

Certaines mesures importantes pour un petit chien ne sont pas indiquées donc j'ai demandé un retour pour remboursement. Service client qui réponds qu'après plusieurs relances et proposait uniquement un remboursement partiel de quelques euros. Heureusement que j'ai payé avec Paypal ce qui m'a permis d'obtenir mon remboursement

I am 5’3 and under 120lbs. I have to go sideways to walk in and out. My husband cannot comfortably make it in or out the door. The door does not lay flush making a sizable gap that allows insects and weather in. There is no way to lock your sliding glass door. The aluminum and glass are very thin and will cause issues whether trying to keep house cool or warm during seasons.

Got the doggie door pretty quickly, but it was not put together well and was unusable - could never speak with any customer support - they only email. They said they would send me replacement parts and after 3 weeks never got them. They said they got “lost” in shipping and tried to offer me a $57 credit instead. When paid $175 to start. So annoying - asked for a full refund and they finally agreed after I sent it back.

I don’t understand the high reviews for this product. Look elsewhere if you have any doubt. The big reason I’m not able to use it is because the flap is so flimsy that it doesn’t seat right when closed and allows a significant draft. There are other issues but that is the main issue. I’ve had another brand of dog door in the past and it was a much better design and better more sturdy door flap. I thought I’d try this one because of the good reviews. I let VEVOR know my dissatisfaction and they offered me $45. I don’t know what I’m going to do with a panel that I wouldn’t want to sell someone and I’m still out $100+. Communication with VEVOR customer service is slow and after a week there still is no final and completed resolution. I would not buy anything from VEVOR again because of that. I’ve had no issues returning products from many other similar sales companies.
