My dogs absolutely use it a lot. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a well built doggie door

Over all it is a nice door. The only negative is the mounting hardware. Tightening by hand the wingnuts stripped out. So could not tighten the unit to the wall properly. Solution buy better hardware.

Built well. Works for our dog kennel. Able to lock down to keep dogs inside building.

Muy contento...queda espectacular, bien instalada. Mis perros felices y bien aislado. Facil fumcionamiento y material de calidad. Un 10

Door works well. This door is for walls only !!! The minimum mounting thickness is too wide for doors. If you cut down the inner and outer panel you can get it to fit the thickness of a door. When you cut it down the welding weakness is revealed. Fortunately the product will stay intact and will can be installed with alterations. The template cutting guide has you cutting an opening larger than required- measure 6 times and cut once for a good fit. Overall functions well - easy for cat and dog to use. Seals well most of the time (slight gap sometimes bugs can get in and not an airtight seal) This item is great for wall installation but not set up for a door due to min width. Shop VEVOR products on other sites- found the item significantly cheaper on temu… after I had purchased it on the VEVOR website.

I´m very happy with this product. But I wish it there was a larger model. It´s a little too small for our Rhodesian Ridgebacks but it works. I also wish it was made for thicker walls, there was a gap between the inner and outer part. But in Sweden we have thick walls to keep out the cold. It holds tight and keeps the wind and cold out. The dogs quickly learned to go in and out.

The screws that hold the flap system together keep falling out. Only the flap is available as a replacement part. Not the tracking. Had to order a whole new door just for parts.

At first, it seemed great. With repeated use by 3 dogs, all 3 flaps fell off within a week. As I paid someone to modify the wall to make it fit, I was rather disappointed. Moreover, it is somewhat privey, but nothing compared to other brands. If the flaps would have stayed on, it would be a 5 star.
