Vevor sent my door very quickly and in 4 days it was in SA. However it has been sitting with the courier service now for weeks and I still have not received it. CouriersPlease are the most inefficient courier service I have ever known. Even after several queries sent by me they have not given me a reason saying they are investigating. How long does it take to check? An organised company would be able to let me know. I will not purchase anything from any company that uses this courier in future. I have bought items that come from China and they don't even take as long to get to me.

Military time is not easy ! Need to reprogram if power goes out! Doesn't go all the way down , stops and there is small crack 1/2" ! Need to try changing time one more time , If not working I think it s time to return

This is. Pile of crap. Door is flimsy and bends easy. Any sort of bend or twist and the gears that open and close do not engauge and the slip. They slip even if it’s strait. Often i find the door half open or not all the way closed. The control panal is laid out kinda dumb. Once you figure it out it’s fine. The power cord plugs in on the bottom obviously to protect from elements. But the roosters knock the cord out of the unit from time to time. It’s junk. Get the more expensive one it is great.

They wanted me to download a third party video on how to fix my unit that wasn't closing correctly. They could have simply included a youtube link to a video. This seemed very suspicious to me. When I told them this they just told me to do the same thing. Won't be buying from Vevor again.

Once installed, after a week it stopped closing at night unless you push it along in the track by hand. It opens fine in the morning, so there's nothing blocking it. So it's useless as an automatic door. I emailed support 4 days ago with a video of the problem. They said they'd get back to me in 48 hours. It's been 4 days so I emailed again, and they told they still didn't have an answer. So that's basically useless. Don't fall for the idea of any warranty.

Worked fine originally but now is now opening or shutting and chickens are getting stuck inside all day. DO NOT BUY THIS

The door works great then I started experiencing issues with it, not opening all the way. I followed the instructions given on what was recommended to do to correct issues. I made sure the track was cleared. I also made sure the screws weren’t over tightened. Fresh batteries, and I still am experiencing issues and can’t really rely on the door at this time.

Right after taking the product out of the box and charging to 100% , the door won't open all the way. I get about 1/3 of the way and then it just quits. Customer service said I had to wait 2 days for a response. So I guess here we are.

We purchased the door based on reviews, price, and features. It worked fine for 2 weeks but then started to not open or close at the scheduled times or closing before it was supposed to then quit working altogether. I would not recommend it to anyone.
