The coop door is easy to install but it's not made very well. The mechanism to hold the door open was faulty. The door would open 60% then get stuck and stop opening. I couldn't fix the issue so I couldn't use this door and had to buy another coop door. I wouldn't recommend this product.

I installed this just over a week ago and it has already killed two sets of brand new batteries! I have another model that I got from Vevor a few years ago and the batteries last months in that one.

Nous avons acheté 2 portes, et aucune ne fonctionne. !! L une a la porte qui bloque un jour sur deux et l'autre bug un jour sur deux, écran bloqué, plus rien ne fonctionne.. obligé de sortir les piles pour réinitialiser le système... Très déçu !.. une porte de poulailler doit être fiable car la survie du poulailler en dépend!! Néanmoins, le sav est réactif

I received the fragile little box which was packed in another slightly larger box. It looked as though someone used it for a football. The handle on the manual pump was snapped off inside the box. Again, it only cost under $30, so paying the shipping to get a new one is insult to injury. I am very disapointed with Vevor and the quality of their shipping department. I will purchase nothing more from this company. Too many shortcuts, too little care about the the people tyhey serve., it seems.

Onbetrouwbaar en potentieel levensgevaarlijk – na vijf maanden defect Na amper vijf maanden is dit automatische kippenluik opnieuw niet opengegaan. Het probleem had zich eerder al voorgedaan. Toen heb ik de batterijen vervangen en leek het opgelost, maar dat bleek slechts tijdelijk. Door de nieuwe storing bleven onze kippen een volledige warme dag opgesloten in hun hok, bij temperaturen boven 30 °C, zonder toegang tot hun ren en drinkwater. Eén van onze kippen is die dag gestorven, vermoedelijk als gevolg van de hitte en het gebrek aan water. Een automatisch kippenluik moet vooral betrouwbaar zijn. Dit toestel gaf geen waarschuwing en bleef gewoon gesloten. Na deze ervaring durf ik het absoluut niet meer te gebruiken. Ik raad dit product sterk af. Controleer het luik dagelijks en vertrouw er zeker niet volledig op, want een storing kan ernstige gevolgen hebben.

I am beyond frustrated with this product. I purchased 2 doors for my coops. We installed 1. We have had nothing but problems. We have tried everything and the door continues to randomly close. If that isn't bad enough when I went to check the door yesterday it was closed on one of my hens pinning her in the door! This product isn't safe for my girls!

This company is a scamming piece of shit. They are chinese thieves and sell crap product. They do not follow their own warranty promisses and run a scam bot to deal with customers.
