This door is great!! I have 2 other doors from different manufacturers as well. This was easier to install than those other 2. No worries about it binding if the screws to hold it in place are too tight. Configuring the panel was much easier as well. No setting things up on your phone first, then pressing buttons on the door, then holding your phones screen to the door just to program an open and close time or setup dusk till dawn. Simple on door programming. 1 wish I have that I'd like to see in a future version, a battery backup to retain settings when using AC. Wouldn't need to activate the door, but just to retain you settings. We live in a rural area and experience regular power outages. Each time, I need to reset the open and close schedule.

This automatic chicken door works great. Easy to install and easy to set up. Batteries hold up very well and it opens and closes without any problems.

I bought this for my chicken coop and it works great. I bought the solar version and it works flawlessly. It’s not in the sunniest part of my yard and there is a lot of shade but it still works great. I use the time setting and set it to open right after sunrise and to shut 30 minutes after sunset. I would highly recommend.
