Hallo, wir haben gestern das Schwimmdock zum ersten Mal benutzt und ein Loch festgestellt. Das foto kann ich erst am Montag schicken, da ich es mit dem Handy nicht kleiner bekomme. Ich würde es gerne umtauschen. Wie gehen wir da vor?

First time blowing it up it developed a leak before even using it . One of the seams was leaking. My kids were pretty bummed out. They said that they wud refund my money, but not send me a new platform . Customer service told me just to patch it with the kit that they sent me, but didn’t send me a patch kit . I told them that I shouldn’t have to patch something brand new when it has a flaw in it from the factory. I wasn’t too happy with that decision on their part..

Came out of the box with a small hole. No big deal but I was expecting service after. I’ve sent several emails with only a reply saying someone will respond within 48 hours. No one has responded. For the service after the sale I would not recommend Vevor.

Avons déballer le produit et gonfler tel que recommandé.
Apres quelques heures d'attente nous avons constaté qu'il avait dégonflé tout seul.
N 'avons pas pu l'utiliser.

Out of the package noticed a leak right away when I put it in the water. Asked for a replacement but they told me to patch it and would only provide $100 refund. Package only comes with patches but no glue. Asked for full refund once again and they gave me another $200. Not useable as is. Would not buy again.

This didn't last more than a week without leaking. I reported this to customer service and they refused to replace only offered me $30 credit. Scam
