I installed this pump to replace the one that failed recently. You sent me a replacement for that defective one and I installed it in my cottage for the new shower that I built, last week. I have returned home, only to find that this pump that I purchased and installed a couple of months ago is not working, and it is a very big annoyance not being able to use my sink again. This pump that I just purchased and installed has been making a loud growling noise since day one. l asked your company for a replacement pump two weeks ago, but you have been jerking me around, and thus I am stuck without one. I was planning to purchase two additional pumps from you to have a spare at both my cottage and at home. I have been purchasing a lot of your products, and I would like to continue that trend. Please send me a new replacement pump ASAP! I have also requested several times, information about how to return these two defective pumps that I do not want taking up space on my limited shelves. I have been ignored!

Ne fonctionne plus au bout d’une semaine. Pas de nouvelles du SAV Qui normalement doit répondre au bout de 48h Il faut que je tape un peu dessus pour que la pompe ce remettre en route de temps en temps puis s’arrête Je pensais que VEVOR c’était du bon rapport qualité prix

Malgré un branchement effectué avec soin de respecter le mode d’installation, la pompe déborde sans évacuer l’eau par le tuyaux prévu à cet effet.. elle as fonctionnée une semaine seulement

Leider nach 1 Jahr und 7 Monaten keine Funktion mehr. Es war nur 1 Waschmaschine angeschlossen. Der Schmutzwasserheber musste nur in eine Höhe von 2m pumpen. Ich versuche es noch einmal.

Installed it 7 months ago on a kitchen sink it is not working anymore. I'll try another one to see if it's the pump or the installation. I'll take the other one apart to see if it was due to misuse of blockage.

Shortly after purchase, the pump got stuck, the motor doesn't rotate, there's a humming sound, I think the motor shaft needs to be greased.

Die negative Bewertung kommt aufgrund der langen Lieferzeit zustande. Ausgeschrieben wurde das Gerät mit 2 Tagen Lieferzeit. Nach 8 Tagen war die Pumpe dann da. Für ein Gerät was dringend benötigt wird, weil das Alte kaputt war, nicht akzeptabel. Dann fehlten leider noch die ganzen Zubehörteile, was noch mal 3 Wochen in Anspruch genommen hat. Ich hab mir dann in der Zwischenzeit die Zubehörteile selber gekauft, damit ich in der Küche weiter arbeiten kann. Weiterer Kritikpunkt ist, dass die angegebene Telefonnummer des Supports nicht erreichbar ist. So können Probleme nicht schnell gelöst werden, sondern man muss mit Bots schreiben oder warten bis jemand per Email antwortet. Das Produkt an sich scheint in Ordnung zu sein. Es läuft seiit ein paar Wochen zuverlässig.

I installed the unit on February 2nd and it no longer works it's already broken. It started getting stuck occasionally so we would turn the power off and back on real quick now it won't even turn on and work at all. He lasted for 4 months. I want a refund, until I get a positive response back I will no longer support Vevor!

Ik heb dit aangeschaft voor mijn kapperszaak, voor de wasbak. Helaas werkt het niet goed: het water loopt zeer slecht weg en blijft staan. Wanneer ik het haar van een klant was, kan ik even water gebruiken, maar daarna stopt het en blijft het water staan. Ik moet dan ongeveer 5 minuten wachten voordat het weer even werkt, en daarna stopt het opnieuw. Dit is erg vervelend, omdat het water omhoog komt en ik verplicht ben om te stoppen. Hebben jullie hier een oplossing voor?
