Achat de la pompe vevor en décembre pour raccorder notre machine à laver 5 mois plus tard celle-ci ne fonctionne plus! Disjoncteur différentiel qui saute l'eau a griller la carte car les connections ne sont pas étanche! A ce jour aucune nouvelle du service après vente. Nous avons voulu essayer du pas "chère " qui au final revient très chère au vu de la durée de vie de celle-ci!. Notre précédente pompe d'une grand marque à durée 15ans ...je regrette amèrement cette achat au vu de la dangerosité. J'ai pu voir dans les précédents commentaires que mon cas n'étais pas isolé... Si vous avez de l'argent à perdre cette pompe est faite pour vous! La plupart son garanties 2 ans et celle-ci 1 ans sa en dit long sur la longévité.

Compre esta bomba y nada más llegar la abrí. Nada más verla... Muy mala calidad y sin boton de seguridad. Solicite devolverla el mismo día que me llego pues pasada ya una semana aún sigo sin respuesta alguna de como tengo que proceder para poder devolverla y me den el reembolso. Una vergüenza. Desde luego no recomiendo. Espero que en estos días se pongan en contacto conmigo o tendré que ir a atención al consumidor. Servicio pos-venta pésimo

Cette pompe, neuve, ne marchait pas. Après plus d’une vingtaine de demande par mail, avec des réponses sur un site inaccessible, on a accepté de me rembourser 70 €. J’ai refusé cette somme et continué à réclamer le remboursement que j’ai obtenu Après un long calvaire. Heureusement, un jeune homme au service vente m’a bien aidé

Pump worked for 1 year and then quit, not sure why but will need to buy another brand

i bought this pump quite a few months ago in anticipation of our moving into a new place where we need it, just installed it, it worked fine twice, then the water goes into it and it will not turn on for 5 minutes, after five minutes it surges very slowly and will not take away water fast enough. it also leaks out of its air intake valve which it should not. i use one inlet from a bath tub and another inlet from a washing machine, the washing machine backs up now after two uses and goes all over the floor, the tub just sits there full of water and after about 5-6 minutes when the pump decides it wants to work drains tub horridly slow at best. also entire power in our unit flickers when pump starts up there is something desperately wrong in the electrical water switch inside this unit, extremely disappointed with it and i would not recommend this unit

I could not use this unit because it does not comply with Canadian Standards Association and the City Inspector told me IT IS NOT APPROVED FOR USE IN CANADA. I requested VEVOR for the Certificate of Approval for Use in Canada and they explained "their technical team did not respond to them". So, I claimed a full refund to VEVOR + $1,130 plumbing install and removal costs and VEVOR took the outrageous position of offering me $35.00 refund for this and another item" both items totalling $301.98 + HST = 341.24 . While the product is still under guarantee. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Note from city inspector: (8) Macerating toilet systems shall conform to ASME A112.3.4 / CSA B45.9, “Plumbing Fixtures with Pumped Waste and Macerating Toilet Systems”.
