The vacuum sucks the bottle in when used. I don't expect it to last very long

Came broken, sent support an email, they responded and then never got back to me. Then I sent another email, they never responded. It is broken so close to the edge that the plastic is super thin. I'm disappointed. Be aware, if you buy for them and it's damaged, you will not get any support. Thank you.

set up the unit, was happy with how easy it was. Hooked up my airline to the unit and the fitting broke instantly with the weight of the hose. Following up with customer service as I'm assuming its a defective part. Will see how that pans out. Managed to plug it and use the unit manually which worked well regardless.

The container was too large and very difficult to use in a car or truck.

This is not a good pump to buy if you are doing transmission oil change or differential oil change. The design is fine, it is meant to pump thicker than water, oils using two check valve method. The one I received have plastic shavings and chrome flake inside and almost have no fluid flow, there is a metal ball bearing about 1/2" (12mm?) inside that act as one of the check valves for the pump. The chrome plating flaked off, there is glob of unknown grease inside that some guy at the factory or at vevor tries to slap on to make the seal for the second check valve and o-ring on the stem... found that there are plastic shaving on the inside of that shaft and the chrome plating of that inferior ball bearing... half of the chrome plating of the ball bearing. There is an o-ring on that shaft, it is dry rotted, shrink, does not make proper contact with the tube, probably that is why that glob is unknown grease. Lucky for me, I test the pump first with and found these shavings, otherwise it would have gone into my differential. Not to mention unknown grease gets into your transmission or differential. Those that knows why mixing grease is bad, knows, those that don't, probably won't understand. Tries to return that defective product, and took almost 2 weeks going back and forth with vevor support. Definitely a full time job just trying to return the defective product. a big fat 0 on customer service. They employ some sort of delay tactics in responding, usually takes 48 hours on week days and does not respond over the weekends. Replacement arrived on the third week, and it looks like its been pull from under the truck or someone's toilet. But it works and it pumps, ball bearing is good no flakes, and no plastic shavings, and no heavy glob of grease. like the first one. but over all a disappointment. 1) vevor's inferior website does not accept any jpg or mov or gif or any other media files when you first tries to open a ticket for return. Iphone takes .mov files as media. 2) after opening the ticket with the converting the video to .MP4, it doesn't allow any other formats. 3) follow ups after opening the ticket their website all the sudden does not allow any video files, no MOV or MP4. only JPG and BMP... 4) on about the fourth follow-up when they don't allow any media files to be uploaded, but wanted more picture and videos, send me to a link to some EU website that is PAID subscription services ? 5) not to mention they drop you from V4 hassle free return status as soon as you open a return, I got emails two months ago that I got the V4 hassle status and no worry returns... when I checked after I opened a case, guess what full harassment status if you return.. This is all their DELAYING TACTIC to hope you give up on return... so be warned. if you have an issue, contact your CC and file a case. I like their products but this zero customer service is definitely out of this world bad.

Hard to push and pull transmission oil. Main feed hole could be too small? Oil leaks through the seals and all over you after only two uses. Would waste your money

Was sent the cheaper pump not extractor and customer service is nonexistent…no way to call

Item worked amazing untill it didnt on second use it died. Dont recommend. Cheap china.

Tried manual pump and compressed air. Watched a couple videos and nothing I did worked. Been turning wrenches for 40+ years. Trying to empty a hydraulic oil tank with 10w oil. Guess I got a bad one. Going to return

I bought this pump and was unable to use it. It came broken in the box. The steel pipe inside the bottle was broken. Contacted Vevor and I experienced the worst customer service I have ever had in over 30 years. I will repair the fitting and re-thread it myself at the pipe that is broken, products look great but they are extremely cheap. Customer service is absolutely useless and I mean, useless.
