Pump BROKE on FIRST use! Literally! Worked great for TWO minutes. I was excited about the purchase and then... Two minutes after I started flowing diesel fuel the pump started leaking and flow rate plummeted. Fuel was flowing from the weep hole indicating a blown seal. I contacted VEVOR and the very time consuming return process started. They required an actual video. I sent it. Then they required additional photos as back up. Eventually they did offer a return for money or a replacement. The return was littered with requirements such as original packaging, no oily parts etc. And the real kicker was they only gave 5 days for the return label to be used with a weekend in between. Communication is done all via email and has a severe lag time between email responses. I did fulfill all requirements but everyone should know that the return or replacement process is NOT easy... or quick. Shipping was terrible (FEDEX). Damaged box with huge tear in the side. Shipper also left the box nearly in the lane of travel on my road. Obviously bad shipping is on the shipping company but you should know they use FEDEX, which is pretty bad at what they do. I found it's not possible to call and discuss ANYTHING with VEVOR to let them know of these issues. I gave it one star rating because the return/refund process is bad, more like terrible and the product broke instantly... clearly if it had worked it would have been a good deal for the money. I guess you really do get what you pay for...

20 Gpm Pump started leaking out the weep hole about a minute after pumping on the first use. The refund/return process has been taking weeks and still hasn’t been resolved. No number to call just a slow email response process. Overall the pump is disappointing and the quality is poor. Gpi and fillrite are twice the price but you get what you pay for. This was a disappointing experience.

Just finally installed my pump after winter and Iv tried everything this pump does not work would like to kno how to return

Never received it, said it was damaged in shipping and was at Knoxville TN terminal.

Worked 6 times then failed

Lmao I tried to buy a fuel transfer pump but I got the biggest run around ever I never did get the transfer pump but my credit card was charged right away and after listening to all your excuses I finally got my money back and I got a fueling transfer pump for someone else they sent it me with in two weeks your company maybe a good place to order from but I had the worst service and never got a simple order hopefully you can get it together next year happy new year

Fuel pump seem to be good quality it pumped a lot of foam sound like something was broken inside the pump, but they made it right refunded my money happy with the company

Unfortunately this Is an item that I should NOT have purchased. I am a Vevor customer and have bought numerous items from them. The pump is very noisy and appears to struggle to send the fuel. The switch is very loose and turns off while pumping. Although the price is very fair i can see myself using the extended warranty in the future. I will post a video soon

I hooked up the pump filled half a can shut it off went to fill can again would not pump. motor runs but does not pump. I will never buy from here again. I am out $ 335 bucks.
