Doesnt work with gas, got it replaced once already and stopped working after a week

I BOUGHT THIS PUMP IN JULY 2025. FIRST IT DID NOT COME WITH THE WIRES TO HOOK UP TO BATTERY. THEN IN SEPTEMBER THE SWITCH WENT BAD. THEY WANT ME TO SEND A VIDEO OF A BAD SWITCH TAKE PICTURES SO THEY CAN FIND A RESOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM. ALL I NEEDED WAS A NEW SWITCH. I FOUND OUT HOW THERE WARRANTY WORKES. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I had this pump for all of a week and used it only a couple times. The pump stopped priming. Then it stopped working completely. It has been over a month back and forth with customer service and they offer a $20 refund… or for me to take it and have it repaired and they’ll refund it.. who knows how long that would take with the lack of response I’ve had already. I highly recommend not purchasing this product unless you want to deal with constant headache.

Junk Never ran motor wouldn't run just gets hot been trying for weeks to get money back

Was used to transfer gas into some power equipment, worked great for about 4 weeks then stopped working. Started return process with vevor and they replied that I should "clean the rust out of it and try it again". I wasn't expecting a pump that moves gas and is a month old to be rusted in place, but I took it apart anyways. Found the motor still spins when removed from the pump but the impeller is digging into the housing and can't spin freely. Send Vevor a pic and what I found now their suggestion is to "clean the blades and reassemble". So I'm not hopeful I'll ever get a return and am stuck in a loop of unhelpful advice.

Overheats if used for a longer period of time fueling larger equipment and then shuts down. Switch also had a short in it and would shut off intermittently.

The suction piping broke on the first use. I contacted Vevor customer service and have yet to receive a response.

Pump BROKE on FIRST use! Literally! Worked great for TWO minutes. I was excited about the purchase and then... Two minutes after I started flowing diesel fuel the pump started leaking and flow rate plummeted. Fuel was flowing from the weep hole indicating a blown seal. I contacted VEVOR and the very time consuming return process started. They required an actual video. I sent it. Then they required additional photos as back up. Eventually they did offer a return for money or a replacement. The return was littered with requirements such as original packaging, no oily parts etc. And the real kicker was they only gave 5 days for the return label to be used with a weekend in between. Communication is done all via email and has a severe lag time between email responses. I did fulfill all requirements but everyone should know that the return or replacement process is NOT easy... or quick. Shipping was terrible (FEDEX). Damaged box with huge tear in the side. Shipper also left the box nearly in the lane of travel on my road. Obviously bad shipping is on the shipping company but you should know they use FEDEX, which is pretty bad at what they do. I found it's not possible to call and discuss ANYTHING with VEVOR to let them know of these issues. I gave it one star rating because the return/refund process is bad, more like terrible and the product broke instantly... clearly if it had worked it would have been a good deal for the money. I guess you really do get what you pay for...
