I bought this transfer pump to empty a gas tank that was half full on a 2010 suburban before removing it from the under carriage. The problem was the hoses are too large in diameter and I didn’t have that access to do this. But I did once I had the gas tank removed and the fuel pump assy out was I was able to start transferring gas to another car and spare gas cans. Once you have everything connected you’ll need 12v DC battery to power it. Make sure you have the siphon end of the line deep into what your wanting transferred or the pump will cavitate and make a lot of noise. You’ll know that your transferring fluid when the pump goes quiet and the strain noise goes away. The quality of this product and how it performs is quite impressive at this price. I searched around for a transfer pump like this one and everyone else wanted $100-300. I’m glad I shopped around and found this Vevor brand.

We use this pump model DCEX40A the handle is a little awkward but it does the job and a very strong pump they say 5.3 gallons a min it's about 4.5 a min but still is a awesome transfer pump

Absolutely love it. Way worth the money. I use to fill equipment. Suction hose fits in a 5 gallon can. Transfers within a minute.

Easy to set up and use. I am thrilled with the results and the quality of the product speed of delivery was very impressive for me.

I didn't want to spend $500 plus on a GPI or Fillrite pump. This pump works great with no complaints. I bought the 10 gpm with a filter and they sent everything to drop right into the tank and start using. Very pleased.

Great pump for moving fuel from a holding tank to a recreational vehicle or landscape / yard tractor. We had a need for storing a small amount of fuel (30 gallons) and distributing it in 1/2-10 gallon amounts. This transfer pump accomplishes the task very quickly for our needs. The hose is the right length and will reach from the storage tank to just about any fuel tank from a lawn mower to a large ride on mower. The nozzle trigger works well but can NOT be used for a standard car filler neck as the diameter of the nozzle is to big to fit in to the filler neck. This is not an issue for us, but may be a limiting factor if you want to fill road vehicles with gasoline. It is not an issue for diesel as the neck is larger. Fuel does come out of the nozzle FAST!! so be prepared to slow down if you are using it to fill a small tank or container.

Works as it should and was easy to install as a replacement for my fill rite brand pump that broke. I would buy another and I would recommend it to others.
