The one motor when I was using it got really hot and started to smoke. But the other one works fine. Idk what happen. It did it on its first try. Am I able to return it.

The hose for the fill nozzle is flimsy and kinks. If you bend it it’s not strong enough for what it’s intended for I would not purchase this item again.

This pump worked three times then the motor burnt up. Wires were smoking and it was over. I’d like another one to replace it but this stupid company refuses to respond on taking care of sending me another or a refund. They give me the same automatic apology and that they will resolve the issue in 48 hours. No matter how many times I sent them my complaint over and over they sent the same automatic response. They say 48 hours the problems, but it’s been going on since June 24. I would not buy anything from this company because they do not stand behind it or even respond to you. I’ve left my phone number. I’ve left my email, and I haven’t spoke with a human yet. I’m now gonna dispute it with my credit card because they won’t do anything

Another example how great this company isn’t. Another example of not talking to customers. Can’t seem to get anybody to understand that I did not receive this fourth item along with warranties on a few other things. I imagine their warranties are as good as their company. My advice is. BEWARE. SCANDALOUS COMPANY.

Cheap quality. It quit working the second time I used it.

This pump worked great three times. Then it stopped and started smoking. I need to have it replaced. How?

Loved it till the motor burnt out

Intake hose could be longer will not reach deep enough into tank to remove enough fuel

The item worked as described. But when you are done there as a lot of diesel in the pipes that you need to get rid of in someway otherwise it will be al over the floor or inside the box and it will leek out. (The diesel dont stay in the pipe it get out of the pipes)

I used it to get fuel from a tank in the bed of my truck to a tractor and it was a mess. Better off getting a pump that fits on the tank.
