Tenia desconocimiento que la bomba llevase el sistema stop star interno por lo que he preguntado muchas veces a traves del chat que indican y también a traves de correos electrónicos y no han sabido darme contestación ni resuelto el problema en este sentido he quedado decepcionado. El servicio post venta no lo veo claro dando largas de que espere y así han pasado las horas. si solucionar mis dudas. Mi solución ha sido con el chat GPT

Ordered this pump to replace a broken one. Looked like a good pump with good reviews at a good price. Seller shipped pump using a carrier that does not service my area. The pump sat at the carrier location for several days despite me contacting Seller about issue. The pump was eventually returned to Seller. After more correspondence, I was able to obtain a refund. I went to re-order same pump but it is sold out. Not a good buying experience.

I used this pump once in Sept 2025 (purchased Aug 2025) to drain the water from a small water feature, aprox 1000 gallons. It worked very well at that time but now less than a year later (and only my second use) it won't pump at all. Looked for restrictions and found none. I even removed the out let hose and the pump would not even pump water more than 12" high from the outlet. Very disappointing! Save your money and go with brand name...maybe pay double but it will work more than once.

Very slow pumping. Not as described.

Unfortunately the plastic discharge housing broke immediately during use. The pump is no good for me now.

The first pump came broke and didn’t look like anything was wrong tell I plugged it up and it worked and I put my hand in water and touched metal and it shocked me really bad then I had to buy another one because it took alot of back and forth before they would send me a replacement pump and it took about a month to get I wouldn’t buy anything else from them based on they don’t care about their customers

Bought this pump July 2025 and now it is broken, does not work anymore!
