I ordered & received a new 1 1/2” air operated diaphragm pump with extended warranty to replace a bad one which I had installed on a waste oil system a few months ago (I originally ordered 2 pumps, 1 pump operated a few months then quit pumping the oil, the other pump is still operating as it should). The new pump I just received however works no better than the bad one it is replacing. Trying to deal with the online chatbot (Vevor has no phone number to talk to a live person) is USELESS! It’s just a never ending loop of the same questions with no direct answers to any of the issues I’m having with there product. Trying to get a return/refund is impossible! I will be dealing with this thru my credit card company and avoiding Vevor in the future!

Do not buy anything from this company. Ordered this 6 weeks ago. Never received the product in spite of 2 tickets being raised, each saying the product was shipped. Both UPS tracking numbers provided show "Label Created" but never picked up by UPS. I only checked 1 star because there was not option for zero. This could be a scam company.
