Das Paket nit dem Punpenset erreichte mich relativ schnell. Leider fehlte eines der Anschlussstücke die zur Montage benötigt werden. Des Weiteren vermute ich das es sich um einen Rückläufer handelte. Da sich gut ein Liter Wasser in der Pumpe befand. Der Kundenservice war regierte sehr langsam. Erst gab es jedesmal eine Mail das man sich bald den problem annehmen würde, dann wurden Informationen wieder und wieder abgefragt die ich schon übermittelt hatte. Das fehlende Teil sollte dann nicht in Europa vorrätig sein, die Nachlieferumg bis zu 14 Werktage dauern.Der Liter Wasser im Gerät wurde als Rest aus der Montage abgetan. Insgesamt war der Ablauf eine Katastrophe, aus der heraus ich einen Bogen um die Marke machen werde. Auch vier Wochen nach dem Kauf war die Pumpe nicht einsatzfähig.

Emailed and went back and forth on and solution and got ripped for 40 + dollars on a pump I threw into the dump.

Wa*** Failed after little use
Came quickly, easy to hook up and so far works flawlessly.
Sadly I am removing my 5 star review as after professional installation and very little use (was installed for a seldom used outbuilding) the pump failed, blowing the circuit breaker. Vevor offered me basically 50% of the cost back and as I now have no faith in the product I accepted the offer.

I didn't listen to other reviewers.
It failed. Less than a week.
Water source is the clean water from our internal plumbing. Drinkable.
The water already has pressure. 30PSI. The pump was just to add to the pressure. So no real pressure on the pump.
And yet, as many other reviews have stated, after a week, now it makes a loud sound and pops the fuse. You have to grab a screw driver, turn it a but from the fan side, and then turn it on. Until the next day. Repeat again!!!
