Ive only had it installed for two days, but so far im very happy. Its pumping from a storage tank into my house, and the pressure, flow rate, etc is exactly as advertised. ITs a little noisy when it starts, but quiets down after a few minutes.
The first one i ordered had some problems, but the company was excellent, and after discussions they replaced it. without stress.

Fuite au bout de 3 jours d’utilisation. Le Sav me demande d'ouvrir où cela fuit et d'envoyer des photos. Et ne trouvant rien et étant de mauvaise fois me dise que je l'ai ouvert donc que la garantie ne fonctionne plus super arnaque

Dropped the plastic thumbscrew, a 50c part but they cannot give a spare so the product is useless without a 50c spare part. Should not sell products without spare parts. Got a refund and good service but just ridiculous situation

Andre Service eine absolute Katastrophe

Das Paket nit dem Punpenset erreichte mich relativ schnell. Leider fehlte eines der Anschlussstücke die zur Montage benötigt werden. Des Weiteren vermute ich das es sich um einen Rückläufer handelte. Da sich gut ein Liter Wasser in der Pumpe befand. Der Kundenservice war regierte sehr langsam. Erst gab es jedesmal eine Mail das man sich bald den problem annehmen würde, dann wurden Informationen wieder und wieder abgefragt die ich schon übermittelt hatte. Das fehlende Teil sollte dann nicht in Europa vorrätig sein, die Nachlieferumg bis zu 14 Werktage dauern.Der Liter Wasser im Gerät wurde als Rest aus der Montage abgetan. Insgesamt war der Ablauf eine Katastrophe, aus der heraus ich einen Bogen um die Marke machen werde. Auch vier Wochen nach dem Kauf war die Pumpe nicht einsatzfähig.
