Do not buy this. Read the reviews. Installation wasn’t too bad, had to add an outlet but otherwise pretty smooth. It ran great on low setting for 2 weeks then just stopped. I contacted customer service who were of no help and left me waiting for an update, I’m still waiting 96 hours later for an update. Extended warranty option has been just as much of a run around. I’ve been bounced all over being forced to start claims on different sites and have gotten no response other than, “you need to file claim at this otherr site.” I’ve tried initiating a return and have had the same issue. The response is always, “ We’ll contact you in 24 hours.” Then they never do. I’m writing this review in the hopes they’ll respond in some way.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the level of service I have received. The communication from your end has been extremely poor, and the handling of my order has been unacceptable. I ordered several items from you, and payment was collected immediately. However, I later discovered that the items were not even available in stock at the time of purchase. This alone is highly unprofessional. What is even more concerning is that the refund issued to me was not the full amount I paid. This under‑refund is completely unacceptable. I should not be left out of pocket due to errors on your side. I expect the remaining balance of my refund to be processed immediately, without further delay. I also expect a clear explanation as to why payment was taken for unavailable items and why the refund was not issued in full.

Pump works great for the waterfall but Display is having an issue being outdoors within weeks of use. May have to replace screen soon unfortunately.

I have spent well over $15K the past two years at VEVOR, never had a product issue except a leaking fuel caddy which they replaced under warranty. This pool pump came and never worked in Auto Mode for schedule time selections. It worked great in manual mode. I notified VEVOR on April 19, 2026, never give me an option in Auto except Standby or Off. I submitted a ticket 1776617770752. I was told it was given a high priority, would hear back in 48 hours. 72 hours later, ticket 3280765 and again told it had the highest priority. 96 hours later, no response. Now the pump screen is blank but pump is still running in manual mode at the last speed selected. I can no longer select anything on the panel as it is blank! 96 hours and counting and no response from VEVOR, no attempt to resolve, no attempt to send a new pump out, offer a refund or even just get in contact with me. I'm a VEVOR fan and customer but this purchase has been terrible as far as VEVOR Response and customer service.

I purchased this pool pump because I've purchase other building material from this company in the past and the quality was fairly decent. After about one week use for the touch screen display stopped working. Reported the problem and a week has gone by and nobody has told me how this will be resolved.. Since the pump stopped working and I have no circulation my pool has gone completely green with algae taking it over. I am requesting a full refund and reporting this to my credit card company. I will never do business with Vevor again. This is just horrible way of doing business especially for a company that's trying to compete with other reputable company in the pool space. Customer service is lacking. Do not buy from this company

Pool pump has to be installed in a dry locations not a great feature. Noisey high pitch whine when running Cheap ground lug on motor housing. Wonder if it’s cu/al compatible. Instructions and care literature very minimal

I was initially impressed by how quiet this pump ran, but that’s where the positives end. After only three weeks of use, the unit failed and began throwing a persistent E11 error code. I used the original factory cable and even hired a professional electrician to verify that my dedicated line and outlet were 100% stable, the issue is definitely internal to the pump’s electronics. It’s a shame because the motor is silent, but the build quality simply doesn't hold up. The good news is that they company approved to return for a refund. No one wants to go through all the hassle of installation twice and additional spend. Returning for a refund.

Don't be fooled, the team says it has wifi, it's a lie, it doesn't bring the wifi module, everything is a hoax

Worked well for the first few hours but same day of install the touch screen won't work! Very frustrating as it was brand new.

My review is mainly in regards to the customer service. I bought a 1.5 variable speed pool pump for ingound pool (HP1100). I was so hoping for something more so I could brag about the great prices Vevor has to offer. I love the pool vac I purchased from them and can't say enough about it. Unfortunately, my new pump quit after two weeks. When I finally had time to contact them, I found everything was online - no live person. I was willing to give it another try with a replacement and started that process. But, to make matters worse, they don't respond in a timely manner. I got as far as waiting for the return shipping label and that was it. No further response, update, or anything. That was on May 9th. It only takes a second to email a shipping label, not 4 1/2 days. I'm not done with this yet, but I'm also not waiting any longer. I am now shopping for a decent affordable quality brand I can go pick up locally. Very disappointing.
