vamos a ver

The product seems used! Has water inside, and some small trash! And is a little damaged! See photos attached!

The pre-filter lid is not effective; it lets water through.
The pump itself works well. Pumps with good power so far after two weeks in the job.
Its not very silent.

Well…
1. The pump arrived without the drain plug. After 5 days, the warranty claim has still not been resolved. In the end, I had to make the plug myself.
2. After only 2 days of operation, the pump started making a squealing noise, which appears to be coming from the motor bearings.
Yes, the pump is quiet, but I expected it to last longer than a week before developing problems. In addition, the communication regarding this issue has been very slow and has taken much longer than expected.
I would appreciate a prompt solution to this issue, as the product seems to have arrived incomplete and may also have a mechanical defect.
