The product arrived broken. At first, they only offered a partial refund, which I didn't accept. Then they offered a full refund. I accepted it. However, they clearly don't know how to issue refunds to customers. It’s been over two weeks and I’ve been in contact every day, yet the money still hasn't arrived, even though they keep promising it will.

I purchased this pump and after using it the first time it will not maintain the adjusted pressure that has been set. Once you release the gun trigger and pull the trigger again the pressure goes to 0. You need to undial the pressure valve knob and dial it back up again every time you release the trigger. The company keeps telling me they've turned my problem over to another team to resolve my issue but now it's been a month with no satisfaction. I finally just filed a dispute with my credit card company.

The pump was very easy to unbox, and I was initially impressed with what arrived. Installation was straightforward—I removed the four bolts from the old pump, swapped it out, and the new pump fit perfectly and bolted right into place. Unfortunately, after starting it up, it only ran for about five minutes. It then lost pressure and began making a loud squealing noise. I believe something internally failed. I understand that defects can happen, and my first thought was simply to contact the company for a replacement. However, the customer service experience has been extremely frustrating. I have spent an unreasonable amount of time dealing with their bot system and have been unable to get a real person to respond or assist me with the issue. At this point, I am no longer interested in a replacement and am requesting a full refund. I will be purchasing a replacement pump elsewhere. Very disappointed with both the product failure and the lack of customer support. ⭐☆☆☆☆

Waste of time and mony pump plunger bolt snapped in 10 min worn thread really disappointed

This product seems like it would work well. But the issue I have was replacing a AAA TRIPLEX PUMP on a DeWalt pressure washer with a Honda gx200 engine. This pump seem like it would work, but it's not possible Imo to tighten the Allen bolts. The AAA TRIPLEX PUMP is designed different. I have attached all 3 images.

leak oil from day one would not replace

This pump leaked from the unloader on the first job and then I got a new unloader and then after about 4 jobs the pressure of this pump got worse and worse so I had to discontinue use of the pump it did work decent at first just do not use for a pressure washing business

This is my second pump within a year the first one only lasted a year this one on the first go I like on a roof waterblasting and three of the nuts for the porcelain valves I guess you call them were loose and I lost all pressure and I had to replace the seals on the if I hadn't noticed that then it would have been the stuff pump on the first go so quality I'm in the middle see how long this one last four but yeah price is the only reason really that I bought a second pump

Purchased the 4gpm 4400psi pump, installed it with no problems and it works but does not produce the pressure stated. I have a new nozzle, 13hp motor, which is what is specified to operate with but my pump at full speed only produces 3000psi, which is good pressure for most pressure washers but I expected it to produce the rated pressure of 4400psi. VEVOR could not explain why it did not produce the pressure and only stated that the pressure, while spraying, will be "slightly less" than the advertised pressure. First they offered my a refund of $20 and I could keep the pump but I fussed and explained that its not what I ordered and that a pump that they sell that is rated for the pressure mine produces is $50 less than what I paid for this pump. They agreed on a refund of $50 and I keep the pump, but I still have not received the $50. Beware that your pump probably will not produce the rated pressure. Buy the pressure gauges made for the pumps if you want to actually see what it is producing, otherwise you have no way of knowing what the pressure is. Mine does fine at 3000psi its just the fact that I ordered one that should have produced 4400psi while spraying. I also got the three year warranty so, we will see if it goes that long, and how hard it is to get a claim resolved. Used mine for about 3 hrs so far with no issues. My motor is way oversized for the pump but still uses lots of fuel, but I was expecting a 4400psi pump.

Pump works but makes a grinding noise at high pressure/ rpm. Customer support said they'd review and get back to me, then didn't. 3 times. Finally they claimed it was my water supply (80 psi on a 3/4 hose not that they asked) Had good luck with their products before but not this time.
