i used it 2x in less than one year....the third time i used it washing my car, the pump blew up....this is my second replacement, i have enough water flow as per spec reqs and no leaks....

Well this is prob a very good pump but wouldn’t fit my pressure washer so decided to return it and got so much a runaround from VEVOR decided to keep it so now I’m very Leary of ordering anything ever again from VEVOR. Plain as that

I'm a professional Small engine company. I bought one of their pumps I installed it on the pressure washer and it just doesn't work and they refuse to give me a replacement. I will never do business with this company again they just sell junk

Worked for 2 hours and has been days waiting for an approval for refund. I did everything right and I have NEVER been through so much and so much time getting a refund and still havent gotten it. Might be ok if someone would light a fire under the refund department. I would give it a 5 rating if it had worked,,but at least stand behind your products quickly

I don't know what to say, I never received it. Vevor told me it was shipped, but FedEx said they only received shipping information, never a product. They did refund my money, but you have to deal with a robot...

I received a pump from Vevor. Contactedvrgem, sent pics and they said they would send a replacement pump. 2 weeks later second pump came in and WRONG again….exact same pump as first one. They requested pics of the boxes and I sent it to them. They apologized. No follow-up and tonight they acted like they had no idea of the 2nd wrong pump. They opened another “ticket” and said I would be contacted and be patient….I’m not a happy camper!!

Purchased 2 received 1 only pump.After many attempts to get the second pump it is now 2 months later and i am still without second pump appauling.Also being made to prove I am not a liar and a theif is discusting behaviour.
