Unit did not work. The motor was frozen and would not turn. I took a screwdriver and manually turned the shift and it was very difficult to turn. I put power to it and felt it click but it would not rotate. I am extremely upset as I needed it to evacuate my black and gray water tanks. I had to go to a rv park and pay $20 to dump the tanks. I was very surprised as the reviews indicated that it was a quality it. I specifically chose Vevor as the reviews were very good. My unit was not and caused me many problems. I will be returning it.

The pump has worked perfectly over four uses, however, the 12v switch and 12v disconnect that came with it are junk. Both failed right out of the box making the pump unusable without modification. Good pump so far, crappy wiring that needs upgrading to use.

St Eve Can’t use and no response from customer service

Pump did not come with fitting to connect garden hose, contrary to description. Came with two fittings, neither of which fit a regular garden hose. Have to purchase an adapter for $7 at Home Depot in order to try pump.
Still no response from customer service after over two weeks. Guess this will have to be the last Vevor product I purchase.

I have ordered a few things from VEVOR and have been happy with my purchases. The items are a fair price and work well. To winterize my RV I ordered a 12v flush pump for gray and black water. This item is to aid in emptying the tanks and backfill with clean water to keep clean. The product arrived, assembly was easy. When I turned it on...nothing happened the pump doesn't turn on. I tried multiple power sources and still nothing. I contacted VEVOR nine days ago via their chat messenger as no phone number if provided. I explained the situation and was advised some

Poor excuse for a pump. Pumped 3 gallons of water in 20 minutes. Tried several times to contact VEVOR but No Response. Stay away from this company.
