I installed the unit on February 2nd and it no longer works it's already broken. It started getting stuck occasionally so we would turn the power off and back on real quick now it won't even turn on and work at all. He lasted for 4 months. I want a refund, until I get a positive response back I will no longer support Vevor!

Ne fonctionne plus au bout d’une semaine. Pas de nouvelles du SAV Qui normalement doit répondre au bout de 48h Il faut que je tape un peu dessus pour que la pompe ce remettre en route de temps en temps puis s’arrête Je pensais que VEVOR c’était du bon rapport qualité prix

Malgré un branchement effectué avec soin de respecter le mode d’installation, la pompe déborde sans évacuer l’eau par le tuyaux prévu à cet effet.. elle as fonctionnée une semaine seulement

Leider nach 1 Jahr und 7 Monaten keine Funktion mehr. Es war nur 1 Waschmaschine angeschlossen. Der Schmutzwasserheber musste nur in eine Höhe von 2m pumpen. Ich versuche es noch einmal.

Pump worked for 1 year and then quit, not sure why but will need to buy another brand

i bought this pump quite a few months ago in anticipation of our moving into a new place where we need it, just installed it, it worked fine twice, then the water goes into it and it will not turn on for 5 minutes, after five minutes it surges very slowly and will not take away water fast enough. it also leaks out of its air intake valve which it should not. i use one inlet from a bath tub and another inlet from a washing machine, the washing machine backs up now after two uses and goes all over the floor, the tub just sits there full of water and after about 5-6 minutes when the pump decides it wants to work drains tub horridly slow at best. also entire power in our unit flickers when pump starts up there is something desperately wrong in the electrical water switch inside this unit, extremely disappointed with it and i would not recommend this unit

I could not use this unit because it does not comply with Canadian Standards Association and the City Inspector told me IT IS NOT APPROVED FOR USE IN CANADA. I requested VEVOR for the Certificate of Approval for Use in Canada and they explained "their technical team did not respond to them". So, I claimed a full refund to VEVOR + $1,130 plumbing install and removal costs and VEVOR took the outrageous position of offering me $35.00 refund for this and another item" both items totalling $301.98 + HST = 341.24 . While the product is still under guarantee. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Note from city inspector: (8) Macerating toilet systems shall conform to ASME A112.3.4 / CSA B45.9, “Plumbing Fixtures with Pumped Waste and Macerating Toilet Systems”. VEVOR HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO PROOF THEIR PRODUCT MEETS THE STANDARD.
