Received product and it’s not working. Tried to deal with customer service. Takes multiple days to respond and it’s been about 2-3 weeks and no solution yet.

Customer service on the pump I give 5 stars, just understand 24/7 means to Vevor, someone will get back to you M-F, general business hours. This pump comes with no installation or wiring directions. I am pretty good with circuits and know my way around a volt-ohm meter. Quality control of the manufacturing of the pump gets 0 stars. First pump arrived from New Jersey to New York in 3 days. Out of the box the toggle switch behind the paddle switch inside the pump was shorted to constant on aka closed. Once I got past that there was a dead short from hot (red wire) to ground inside the panel, The screw head that holds the circuit board in place had crushed the hot wire, causing a dead short. I emailed customer support and they had me send a video of the short and immediately sent me a new pump. 5 days later the new pump arrived, no charge and they let me keep the defective pump. The new pump also had a dead short, same wire same screw head. I emailed pictures to Vevor and they refunded my purchase price and let me keep both pumps and I will rebuild those pumps. I also found a few spade connections loose with a sloppy fit, they should be snug. Point is this is basic quality control. These basic electrical components can easily be tested before they leave the assembly line.

Ordered one and it would spin slowly and not pump fuel. Refunded and bought another with the same exact results. Waste of time and money

The pump worked well twice. The third time it started, ran a moment then stopped. It would not restart. Electrician said motor was burned out.

Sorry but it was the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. 20 plus emails just to get a simple answer. No follow-up on my issues. Some products may be great, just not this time.

Schrott, die Pumpe wurde von einem Fachmann angeschlossen und das gesamte Gehäuse steht unter Strom, wenn mann das Erdungskabel anschliest fällt der FI. Es besteht Lebensgefahr. Rückgabe scheinbar unmöglich. Seit einer Woche verssuche ich mit der Firma Kontakt aufzunehmen, was nicht möglich ist. Bitte abstand halten von diesen Gerät.
