Pump worked great for 4 months then went out. I tore it apart and found that the electric motor shaft seal was pressed in unevenly, which caused diesel fuel to seep into the electric motor housing, making the motor fail. Would recommend buying the warranty with it.

This pump worked for two tanks of fuel (less than 15 minutes of run time). The next time I tried to use it it had no power. I contacted Vevor and they sent another pump. So customer service was way better than manufacturing. I took the bad pump apart to access the switch wiring. There I discovered every single wire connection was faulty. The power wire female connector had broken off and that kept the pump from powering on. Two had broken shoulders on the female connectors. Another female connector slid right off the wire when moved gently. I use cheap Harbor Freight wiring connectors and they are much better quality than these were. But Vevor made it good and the price made it better. Vevor could do better for almost no additional manufacturing cost, if they'd use even decent connectors. I've never seen the shoulders of the female connectors just break off (especially with under 15 minutes use). Two hours wasted repairing and another two hours fueling by hand, while I could have been running my equipment at $200 per hour. Bad math!

Cracked housing

Unit lasted approximately 6 months of light use prior to failing, probably less than 200 gallons total pumped. Appears that the motor was full of internal corrosion and so far no response from Vevor.

We bought this Transfer pump in April of this year 2026! We also purchased a 3 year VEVOR warranty with the pump. In less than four months it stopped working and we notified VEVOR Customer Service with a picture if the pump and a picture of the original order containing the order numbers. I have contacted then 6 times now ! They offered us $63 at first We refused! What a derisory offer considering our pump is less than 4 .months old! Second offer was $110 which we also have refused. We expected this pump to be replaced with none of this poor customer service on the 3 year warranty we have purchased. We are small business owners and have been long time customers of vevor. Our advice is DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PUMP!!! it is not good quality or good value and the VEVOR warranty is clearly of no value so don't buy that either. Unless we receive complete resolution of this issue we We will report them to the Better Business Bureau and any other pertinent organizations.

Purchased this pump due to my better judgement. As I was trying to be cost effective. Pump worked great for 7 months or so. Pump is a little loud but that was fine. Pumps fast almost too fast. The pump has been sitting on top of my diesel tank in the weather. I assumed it was weather rated. Or I would have covered it. Went to use the pump and found that the on off switch was stuck. Pump would not turn on. I opened the pump, to find it was full of water. there was no gasket protecting the wiring and switch from water getting in durning weather. I contacted support and of course, no response. the pump still does work, I had to wire in a switch in order to keep using it. But I will not be able to put it back together and use it like it was intended.

The unit arrived cracked/ broken and I went round and round with customer service. They offered me a discount but I needed the pump to function correctly. So i declined the discount. Then I was told to give them a parts list for replacement parts. They never showed up after two weeks. The pump was on a jobsite and we where using it as is. Then they wanted me to send them the broken pump. They would review the problem and get back to me. In the meantime I would have no pump to use at all on the job site. This is unacceptable way to treat your customers. But do not worry I will not be a repeat customer. I am blown away by your lack decency. Extremely disappointed!!!!!!
