The pump itself works decent kind of loud but that doesn't bother me. The problem is the nozzle does not stop when the tank is full like it's supposed to so you have to watch it or you're going to get fuel all over the ground and I've had this pump for maybe 3 weeks and the suction tube snapped off into the tank. Luckily I had one from my old tank and was able to replace it 😔

been trying to get covered and your on line process won’t let me it’s 8 months old now and i was forced to buy a new one because couldn’t get this covered under warranty. i would buy a lot more stuff through you if i new you backed your products up

The treads on the pickup tub were made so deep thatvi fell apart. I used the pickup tube from my old pump to get going.

So I purchased one of these Fuel pumps and found unit to be very load and drawing 37.5 amps,(Had to bypass inline fuse to test due it burning 30 amp fuse) I summitted video as requested for repair or replacement. Suggested repair was to shorten relief spring. Hooked up unit to power supply and it immediately shorted pump motor and caught fire along with fuel tank and burned truck up. Thank you Vevor and support staff

Overheats if used for a longer period of time fueling larger equipment and then shuts down. Switch also had a short in it and would shut off intermittently.

The suction piping broke on the first use. I contacted Vevor customer service and have yet to receive a response.

Pump BROKE on FIRST use! Literally! Worked great for TWO minutes. I was excited about the purchase and then... Two minutes after I started flowing diesel fuel the pump started leaking and flow rate plummeted. Fuel was flowing from the weep hole indicating a blown seal. I contacted VEVOR and the very time consuming return process started. They required an actual video. I sent it. Then they required additional photos as back up. Eventually they did offer a return for money or a replacement. The return was littered with requirements such as original packaging, no oily parts etc. And the real kicker was they only gave 5 days for the return label to be used with a weekend in between. Communication is done all via email and has a severe lag time between email responses. I did fulfill all requirements but everyone should know that the return or replacement process is NOT easy... or quick. Shipping was terrible (FEDEX). Damaged box with huge tear in the side. Shipper also left the box nearly in the lane of travel on my road. Obviously bad shipping is on the shipping company but you should know they use FEDEX, which is pretty bad at what they do. I found it's not possible to call and discuss ANYTHING with VEVOR to let them know of these issues. I gave it one star rating because the return/refund process is bad, more like terrible and the product broke instantly... clearly if it had worked it would have been a good deal for the money. I guess you really do get what you pay for...

pump worked for100 gal. and quit before I finished and would not run after

Pump worked great at first and then gave out. I have messaged over 10 times to try to get it replaced but VEVOR will not message me back. They need to stand behind their warranty. Going on a week and half with no help on getting it replaced.

In my experience the pump was not finished, the in side had rough casting took out the veins, not my fault I had to buy another brand. I looked on the inside cover and it was polished in there like it should’ve been before I used it so I can pump some fuel with it and it worked just fine.
