Spiral wire suction hose not inteded for this type of connection, hard to seal. Worse the outlet hose developed a bulge, suspect it is internally delaminating. Very disappointed

Pump is extremely noisy and is bulky and can be hard to handle at times. But it does it's job kind of wish I would have went with a 15gpm instead.

I thought this was a high quality system. It looks like it is on this site. It even looked like it when I unboxed it. It was only after the 1st use that the fuel hose blistered to the point of completely choking the fuel from going thru it. I tried to just send the hose back to replace, they wouldn't do it. It takes 2 days to get a reply from anyone. Tech support doesnt even have a phone number to call? I reminded them its 2026 and you may want to think about getting a phone? Anyway, I bought another one just to get a replacement hose and planned on sending this one back. I had it mounted on a 2x6 board and soldered the wires to a remote 21v battery which made it nearly impossible to send back, not yo mention you cannot send anything back thru UPS, USPS or FedEx of its been used with flammable liquids! How can anyone upload 5 pictures with a total file size of 2MB? Its a total joke!

Bought 2 one quit working within 2 weeks

Purchased this pump due to my better judgement. As I was trying to be cost effective. Pump worked great for 7 months or so. Pump is a little loud but that was fine. Pumps fast almost too fast. The pump has been sitting on top of my diesel tank in the weather. I assumed it was weather rated. Or I would have covered it. Went to use the pump and found that the on off switch was stuck. Pump would not turn on. I opened the pump, to find it was full of water. there was no gasket protecting the wiring and switch from water getting in durning weather. I contacted support and of course, no response. the pump still does work, I had to wire in a switch in order to keep using it. But I will not be able to put it back together and use it like it was intended.

Automatische Abschaltung hat die Pumpe nicht, alles übergelaufen beim ersten mal befüllen...ansonsten funktioniert es, nur der Zapfschlauch könnte stabiler sein, leicht zu knicken - 'Durchflussbegrenzer'. Noch ein Punkt - die Pumpe ist nicht richtig elektrisch angeschlossen: Schaltung I = Rücklauf, Schaltung II = Füllen, nicht wie es in der Bedienungsanleitung angegeben.

Tyvärr går den inte att använda på vintern då slangarna inte går att böja, dom blir styva som ett järnspett. Nu håller jag på att skaffa slangar som klarar minusgrader, tyvärr blir den nästan lika hög som priset på pumpen.

The pump housing leaked horribly out each end on the first use. I reached out to Vevor and they made it right. Quality of the pump is not great but customer service was on point.

had a small leak that i filled with JB weld. all good now
