Received within 3 days, well packed. Happy with the purchase, much cheaper vs to other brands. Installed and connected to the tankless water heater hot water outlet without any issues. Bought 1 corrugated water connector 12" 3/4" from HD from tankless outlet to the input of the pump, installed the temperature regulator bypass valve as per instruction to the furthest distance from the pump. No leaking. I added the smart plug and connect the app to my phone, to turn on and off via SIRI. Very happy customer.

I can't comment on the whole kit as I only needed the pump itself. Pump works fine and the mixing valve looks like it's well made but I never tested it's function.

Picked this unit for a number of reasons: 1st, it doesn't have a timer, which I don;t need. I just plug the unit to a smart outlet which I can turn on via my phone. The App can be programmed to turn off the power after a couple of minutes, which is all I need to get hot water to the shower. 2nd, the price is right. I have to buy the sensor valve, a couple of connecting hoses and a couple of 7/8 OD * 3/4 FIP brass adaptors. But all in I still spend less than half of a WATTS package. The unit is pretty quiet. It is working fine so far. Time will tell if the unit will last. Installing the unit is a big hassle. It's tough to make the FIP joint water tight. Teflon tape plus ordinary pipe sealant failed the first couple of times. Had to switch to a more expensive pipe sealant (RectorSeal #5) and used a generous amount to finally stopped the leaking. All said, I am happy with the pump.
