The equipment is doing great. It works as advertised. I use it externally with a Water-Jacketted Vessel, to maintain a constant temperature. I always have the need to protect the integrity of the heat sensitive ingredients I use for Skin and Hair care Formulation.

I have been using this thermostat for about a week. I am not pushing it to the limits, just keeping it at a stable 20°C with a small amount (about 5 to 10%) of ethylene glycol added mainly as a disinfectant (not so much as an antifreeze). I rated its "quality" four stars for now because I still need to see how it performs over time. If it runs well for at least a year, I will update my rating to five stars. The price is very reasonable, and I agree with the previous reviewer on that point. However, long-term reliability is what really matters. These devices are normally expected to run continuously for years. I use six of them in parallel at different temperatures, although this is my first time buying from this manufacturer. Over the last fourteen years, I have replaced eight units, but two or at least one of the original units are still working.

Works extremely well. Can easily go from chilling to heating which is especially useful for jacketed reaction systems. Go flow pressure. Great for the price especially.

Good product and good value. It would be a better product if the flow rate was variable.

Works well and maintains the specified temperature and fluid flow. Good for 'cold crashing' home brew beer at the end of fermentation. The efficiency could be greatly improved by updating the firmware to switch off the refrigeration compressor when the chosen temperature is reached, as well as the heater. Better insulation of the liquid reservoir would greatly improve efficiency; especially the lid, which is just a stainless steel plate with a basic plastic handle attached. The controller could be greatly improved to allow programming of multiple temperature changes over the required cycle. A retrofit of an ESP32 controller is probably the best option for improvement.

Overall good product and quick delivery.
