After 3 weeks of usage, the pump has broken down!!! It's jammed and consumes too much power (3.5 kW instead of the usual 1100 W). There's no way to contact customer service! Videos can't be uploaded, but without videos, it's impossible to submit a refund request! We urge VEVOR support to contact us IMMEDIATELY! We want our money back! Después de 3 semanas de uso, la bomba se ha estropeado!!! Está atascada y consume demasiada energía (3,5 kW en lugar de los 1100 W habituales). No hay forma de ponerse en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente! No se pueden subir vídeos, pero sin vídeos no es posible enviar la solicitud de reembolso! Not worth buying
I bought 2 of these pumps. 1st one lasted 1 week and the motor burnt out. 2nd on lasted about 2 weeks before it burnt out. I will never purchase another pump of this brand again.

This was my first vevor purchase, it was NOT my last 😊 Was concerned about ordering from an unknown internet company, biy were we surprised and impressed. We needed something quick and cheap and this little pump was it. We had a trickle of pressure before and this pump delivered a firehouse of pressure!!!! Easy to install, so says hubby 😅, super fast shipping, excellent communication. We haven't needed any customer service yet but I am actually looking forward to needing some day. Am positive it will be as brilliant as this little pump.

Ordered a 220volt pump and they sent a 115v model. Said it was my fault. It was not. Offered me $65. What a joke. They could easily have sent me the right pump. Do not buy anything from these crooks..
