Serious diesel leak and very poor warranty handling I bought this pump because it was advertised as a quiet 12 V / 22 ml replacement pump for a diesel heater. After less than about four hours of use, diesel started leaking from the body of the pump itself, not from the fuel hose connection. The leak allowed diesel to enter the heater housing and reach the floor of my cabin. I spent hours cleaning it up, and the smell of diesel remained even after cleaning and airing the cabin. The after-sales handling was almost as disappointing as the product. I supplied VEVOR with photos of the defective pump, the leak area, the product markings and diesel being absorbed from inside the heater. The case was repeatedly passed between different teams and supervisors even though I explained that my heater was unusable without a working pump. I requested two things: compensation towards the cleaning and odour-removal costs, and a different compatible quiet replacement pump, because I no longer trusted this ZM26 model. VEVOR refunded the €22.90 purchase price without providing the replacement. They then told me that because they had issued a full refund, their warranty obligations were fulfilled and they could no longer send a replacement. I had never accepted the refund alone as the final settlement of my complaint. So in my experience: a nearly new fuel pump leaked diesel from its body, caused a mess inside my heater and cabin, and after more than a week of dealing with customer service, I was left without a replacement pump. I would not buy this pump again.

Het zou een zelfde type pomp als voor webasto, maar helaas het werkt niet. Zeer teleustelig!!!!!

Pump is not working, only clicking sound. tried to unstuck brand new pump. not working. Several more attempts, into garbarge bin.

Da die Leitung von meiner gelieferten Heizung abgeknickt war und kein Diesel durchgekommen ist, wurde mir die Empfehlung gegeben diesen abzuschneiden und neu aufzustecken. Das gleiche passierte jedoch wieder, da die Leitung einfach zu kurz war. Es wurde mir eine Teilrückerstattung angeboten, diese investierte ich in diesen Schlauchleitungssatz. Ein großer Fehler! Der Satz war schnell eingebaut und nach der Prüfung, ob auch alle Teile fest sind, ein Testlauf durchgeführt. Alles prima, auch wenn ich es nicht verstehe warum man einen kleinen Schlauchdurchmesser mit Gummistücken an die größeren Durchmesser anschießen muß und nicht gleich einen Gummischlauch mit dem richtigen Durchmesser verwendet. Egal es funktionierte. ABER am nächsten Tag roch alles nach Diesel - der Dieselfilter war nicht dicht und der Diesel lief in das Gerät sowie auf den Boden meiner Werkstatt aus. Ich habe alles gereinigt und den Filter gegen einen anderen aus dem Motorradfachhandel ersetzt. Jetzt funktioniert es ohne Leckage. Des Weiteren verstehe ich Vevor nicht, mit Rabatten und verschiedenen Preisen den Kunden immer nach dem Kauf dumm aussehen zu lassen, da man immer das Ding irgendwo günstiger bekommt. Auch eine Rückgabe oder Garantie wird erst einmal abgewiegelt und durch ein Geld zurück Angebot versucht zu vermeiden. Fazit: Jeder, der das Ding einigermaßen sicher verbauen möchte, sollte die originalen Schläuche gegen Kraftstoffleitungen aus dem KFZ Bereich tauschen. Alles, was hier verbaut wurde, würde hier niemals eine Zulassung bekommen.
