Installed pump. It was running great at 50 psi now it doesn't pump over 10psi. Something malfunctioned within the unit. I purchased it last month i believe it may be under warranty it worked very well at first. Thanks for your attention on this matter. Keith Boos

Worst customer service experience Took forever to delivered, damaged box, scratched on the equipment, They refused to accept return.

The pump stopped working and customer service made it impossible for exchange even though we had it professionally installed and purchased the extended warranty. They asked for a video even though it was a deep well pump and there is no way to get a camera 100ft down to show operation. Offered letter from well company and was told it needed to have video be removed and pictures to diagnosed and no new pump until they had these things

Cela fait qu’âtres mois que j’attends la pompe, votre livreur GLS est un escroc et un guignol, il n’a jamais livré la marchandise, j’exige réparation pour le préjudice subi ! C’est inadmissible, systématiquement GLS ne livre pas et ne prévient pas j’ai pris lien avec un cabinet d’avocats et je vais leur faire payer tellement cher que la prochaine fois ils me livreront correctement !

Pump worked one day then back flow check valve failed, first item from Vevor that did not measure up!

This pump has failed on me after a very short period of use. I have not yet examined it to find out why but I believe it has come uncupled from the pump. I will admit i was cycling it frequently but that should not matter. I am replacing it with a 2 HP model with the extended warrenty to see if it performs any better. If not I will buy a different brand. It lookes like a well built pump and when working it does a good job I just dont know why it has failed so quickly.

Mislead in discription, vevor wouldnt honor their refund policy due to not as described, awful customer service tech interaction, and never got my full refund..my new slogan for vevor was: tough tools half the price, not what we described and no refund, so now it will cost u double to buy another tool too.. Vevor sucks
