Bonjour je voudrais renvoyer la pompe pas assez puissante et reprendre la 2200 wts elle ne monte pas du tout l eau du puit veuillez svp comment faire pour cela .Cdt.

Bomba con aspecto estupendo pero con una calidad pésima. Una vez montada solo trabajo una vez, sobre 12 horas y después nada. Al sacar la bomba vimos que estaba partida por la mitad.

Avevo aspettartive alte ma solo dopo una settimana di lavoro mi scatta il magnetotermico e dopo riarmato l'acqua non arriva più

Well, no pun intended. We had issues with the wiring coming undone from the weight of the pump. And it lasted 1 year 1 month (12 months 1 month) 1 month short of the 12 month warranty. But we ordered a new one from Vevor. I do enjoy the quality of your products and your value pricing and the information you offer on all your products on your website. The well pump says it will be delivered today but just left Chino CA to PHX Az this morning. That'd be awesome fast shipping. I hope it does cause everyone needs a shower bad. And we've been out of water for a good week. Thank you Vevor

Worked for 2 months and quit. This is a submersible pump and is going to require alot of work to remove it and replace it. This product should have lasted longer. Must be cheaper made than u more common well parts

Please be aware that these 4 inch pumps are 4.03 in which do not fit inside of a 4 inch wheel casing, it's a big problem. In addition if you are ordering one of these Beaver pumps it's probably going to require control box so make sure that you get a setup with a control box in it if you want a 4 inch pump. I was very disappointed to find this out on the back end after I've already ordered and it appears that returning it is not going to be so easy. Good luck in your shopping.

After delivery was made the pump was inspected and found to have damage to it. I sent a message that ultimately didn’t get answered for 5 days or more. The final reply (first 2 replies were auto replies) stated that you were offering $20 to offset the damage. I replied that I was ok with the $20 and have not heard back. Was the money credited back yet? Thank you!

Ponen muchas pegas a la hora de realizar devoluciones y reembolsos. Te ofrecen reembolsos parciales de los cuales progresivamente van subiendo la cantidad, pero no un reembolso total. En caso de reembolso total si devuelves la bomba por cualquier otra causa que sea que no funciona te hacen pagar los gastos de envío y te ponen muchos problemas para ello. Consideró que es mejor pedirlo por otras plataformas que no son la tienda oficial y que te ofrecen mayores posibilidades de devolución, aunque se pueda pagar un poco más.
