Vevor sucks! Bought the pump it failed. I don't any a return and refund I fucking want an exchange . I bought a fucking 3 year warranty to make it easy if there were problems. Unfortunately vevors website sucks so fucking bad that it's impossible to work any of this out.

came in broken and you all will not use a phone and only want to email. I just want a new one sent to me instead you all want to offer $80 coupon instead of refunding the $249 or sending me a unit that is not a broken pos. Your customer service is the worst I have ever worked with because you do not care about your customers at all.

Well pump went out a week ago keep being told someone would assist in the next 1-2 days it's now been 6days and they said and there 1-2 business days this is unacceptable I paid for the warranty of 3 yrs so it shouldn't be this hard to get help
