Terrible company. Awful customer service. Delivered the wrong item, which was returned. No person to speak with. Unable to re-order due to " verification " issue. NONSENSE. My credit card company says there is no reason payment should not go through. This company is tone deaf to communications.

SREP Didn't Last
Installed this early May and by mid July it stopped working. Had electrician come look at his installation for wiring hookup because pump kept tripping breaker. Wiring is correct at control box and pump. I did purchased the extended warranty but so far have not received resolution for replacement or refund. I will update review when and if that happens.
I will say it seemed like pump was well made when I opened the original purchase. Once hooked up the water pressure was great and it seemed like a good purchase. But once it started tripping the breaker at about 7 weeks of use, the trouble shooting for this item has been a real pain.

Robert This company is a scam
came in broken and you all will not use a phone and only want to email. I just want a new one sent to me instead you all want to offer $80 coupon instead of refunding the $249 or sending me a unit that is not a broken pos. Your customer service is the worst I have ever worked with because you do not care about your customers at all.

rasche Lieferung, die Verpackung war beschädigt, Pumpe aber gut verpackt und dürfte keinen Schaden genommen haben. In den frisch gegrabenen Ringbrunnen konnte ich sie bis jetzt noch nicht einbauen, da noch immer unheimlich viel Sand kommt. Diesen versuche ich, mit der Schmutzwasserpumpe aus zu pumpen. Eine Bewertung der Tiefbrunnenpumpe kann ich daher noch nicht abgeben.
