Vevor sucks! Bought the pump it failed. I don't any a return and refund I fucking want an exchange . I bought a fucking 3 year warranty to make it easy if there were problems. Unfortunately vevors website sucks so fucking bad that it's impossible to work any of this out.

J'ai bien reçu ma pompe immergee mais il manque le tableau de connections qui normalement était prévue sur ma commande, j'attends toujours un retour sur ma demande à vevor. Merci cordialement

Pump arrived, had installed, and it was defective. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Took over a week to get a resolution after daily communications through chats and approximately 20 emails. I have to remove pump and send back before they will send a replacement. Makes no sense that I have to get in the water twice.

Horrible pump. Was okay for a week or two but then stopped pumping with pressure. Lasted a month longer than stopped completely. Pump is meant to last not need pulled less than 2 years later. Will never buy again.
