Great packaging as well as the product itself was excellent and exactly what it specified online.

It's a great pump for the price easy to install. High pressure than I was expecting. The control box that comes with it is not the best of quality though.

Great price great product but advertised delivery on Oct 3 but did not arrive until Oct 5. I did call customer service and they were very professional and nice however did absolutely nothing to get the shipping issue resolved.

So far the pump has been nice. The control box is a little cheaply made, but works well. The pump is a lot longer that usual. The wire that comes with the pump should be a little longer and it does not pump 37 gallons per minute. Even with 100 foot of head it might do 24 gallons a minute. And supply your own check valve. With that being said for the cost of the pump, it has been good so far.

The well pump by itself is great. So far it has worked amazing the only issue I have is with the control box to me it is very cheaply made yes it gets the job done. I ended up ordering a better control box to swap it out with. The wiring lugs are very small and you need a small precision slotted screw driver. For something needing 230v you think those lugs would be bigger.

Nice pump. Packed well. Nice quality. My only concern is the power wires on the pump are very small for 220. It was vary hard to connect the well wire to those small wires on the pump. That was my only concern. It would be great if they would put larger wires on the pump.
