This pump works better than the original. The hose was much larger on this pump so I had to use the original. There is no swivel as on my original pump so you have to be careful not to move it around.

Bought this item for use with a hydraulic hollow cylinder bought from Vevor.
It gets the job done but the reason for only two stars at quality is this:
The hydraulic hose have conical threads but you never use conical threads in hydraulics. You use parallell threads.
Vevor also includes teflon tape for sealing the threads, but teflon tape in hydraulics is the biggest no-no you can imagine. Slices of teflon tape can get stuck in tight oirifices in hydraulics etc causin malfunctions. I used liquid hydraulic thread sealant as there are no flats for real sealing washers.
And the quick connector included is some Chinese standard that isn´t used within Europe. Had to throw them away and buy real CEJN high pressure hydraulic connectors instead. They are specifically made for the pressures used with such items.
But apart from the above, it gets the job done.

I bought in conjunction with the 30 ton cylinder to make a diy forge press, it works as it should just very very slow. For a smaller frame and limited use it would be ideal, not good for making damascus unfortunately

The pump is good but did come with little oil and did have to change it. Hose was ok for a month then broke. Did fix it and still holds
