Pump motor quits after about 1 /2 hour to 45 minutes, it has happened four times. I’ve called several times and left messages about warranty no response.

Connections break easily. I have not been impressed with this product! It is impossible to get replacement parts for those that broke through VEVOR !

We installed this pump, it's flow rate is 1.7 gallons per minute. NOT 3.7 GPM. Installed next to a 1000 litre IBC. worked for one month. Fine for just cold water with the tap open all the way. If open halfway or less it stutters and shakes. And with a boiler, with the tap open on full hot, it also stutters and shakes, and does not deliver even the 1.7 gallons per minute needed for the boiler's specified pressure. Two days ago it died without showing any signs of apparent struggle. The pressure switch is stuck on, it does not make a sound or vibrate. And the motor does not move. A waste of money. If you buy anything from this brand, be ready to install it straight away so you can use their guarantee.

I have no idea if this pump works well or not because I have yet to get it set up due to the wire that connects to the power source being so short. This might not be an issue for someone who knows a lot about wiring, but I have no idea what gauge of wire I need to purchase in order to connect this to a battery. I sent a message to Vevor asking for guidance but got no response so this pump is absolutely useless to me. I will have to order another pump from somewhere else that had more than a few inches of wire..

Business Bureau No replacement, no refund, no help. Don't trust their return policy as they don't seem to have any intention of keeping it. There is no phone number to call. These pumps are a complete waste of money. Complete Junk!instead of sending me a pickup ticket they wanted pictures of the pump!So you want a picture of your pump not working ?

Supposed to be set to pressure. Installed in my RV and it pulsates like crazy

Pump works great, the hose has popped outta both fittings, crimped with pliers but still leaking a bit

After nearly two weeks of use the pressure switch has failed. Tried to claim to get replacement part but couldn't upload the videos on their messaging service or through email. Apart from being a little noisy you do get a pretty decent flow and pressure from the unit that can handle a decent shower head( if you remove the flow restrictor in the shower head) I'm currently bypassing the pressure switch and getting a separate pressure switch to run the unit. Things that need improvement, 1 pressure switch, 2 quite the motor a little, 3 improve the video upload on your messaging system so you can accept at least a 30 sec video clip without the use of a third party platform

Worked for about 2 weeks then it wouldn't hold it's pressure. It keep cutting in and out every 5 mins then pump would run realy slow and get hot .
