Good pressure but gets warm and shuts down 5 minutes turns back on

I have purchased a few of these and each one failed and was replaced under warranty. The pressure switch fails on all of them. Be warned...

Overall I love vivor tools. I have purchased a lot of tools from this company. I purchased a bottle jack which was stuck in the upright position and it took a long time for me to deal with the company to have them send another one but eventually they did and that bottle jack works great. I did purchase this 12 volt pump for my pressure washing business and when I put 12 volts to it the motor ran but there was no suction. I did try to troubleshoot it and use the pressure adjustment screw but still no suction. So they want you to take video and pictures and send it to them. For the consumer that's the setback and then then it takes a while for them to send another one. So I'm sure when I get another pump it'll work but it'll probably take a week or two. It's not going to stop me from buying tools from this company but I wish they had a quicker way of doing returns

Unit overheating within 30 seconds and stops working for 2 to 3 mins. I reached out to customer service and provided pictures of the unit overheating and not working but no resolution from Vevor on returning the product for refund.

Lasted all of 2 weeks before it burned out

I am totally pissed!! Been waiting a couple or more weeks to receive this pump, travelled 60 km to my remote cabin to find that this pump will not pump. I've had several products from Vevor and left good reviews with the customer service, but to travel so far with pissed off grandkids with no water is a bit much. The pump rum as it should but will not draw any water. I can put my old pump on and get water to the pump but it won't pump. I am very mechanical inclined, but don't want to open it up so I don't ruin any warranty that I may have.

Never recieved this product

Pump stop working on the 1st use. Reached out to customer support for help and it's not the easiest to deal with.

I tested this pump for functionality by securing it on a gravity fed IBC 250 gallon container. The pump is secured less than 1' from water outlet below. The specs state it has 10' self priming height. The motor ran for several minutes and did not lift/pump water at all. It did not even start to pump water into tube leading to pump.
