berkenp No service after it failed

Worked great for one month on my garden sprayer trailer and now has a dead short in the motor. Worst part is the customer service. They said I would have a response within 48 hours . . . It’s been 4 days. No help.

Off Grid Expert Pump doesn't last long
18.9L/min 5
I used the pump for my off grid cabin and it quit after 17 months use... It was only working half that time for just myself that serviced two faucets, a bathtub/shower and toilet. So It worked for about 8 months before failure. It was installed with an inline fuse as recommended, I did find the pump to be good while it was working, however... don't expect a long life from the pump. I switched it back to my reliable Surflo pump made by Pentax, a reliable and reputable company.

Bad Customer Service Never Again!
6.8L/min 3
Never received either this pump nor the first one I ordered. The attitude of their customer service was "oh well" we'll just refund your money -- I didn't want my money back, I wanted a pump!
