I ordered one 2 chair set. What i get, was only one chair. Became pretty expensive chair. Customer service only answere, thats right, like i ordered. Why the h... picture shows, and text says TWO chair.

I bought this chair, and it is unsuitable for me to use. It is too low to the ground, and I don't feel the quality of the chair is worth what I paid for it. Vivor has offered a full refund without returning the chair, but they have assigned me a task of destroying the chair and taking a picture of the serial number as well. I do not work for you, Vivar. You do not get to assign me tasks. I do not work for you. Additionally, destroying a chair that somebody could get use out of is environmentally irresponsible as hell. You need to change the way you think, Vevor. This is not acceptable in North America. I will do no such thing: 1. Because I do not work for you. You do not assign me tasks. 2. It's environmentally destructive, your idea, and it's completely unacceptable. To create landfill from an unused chair is atrocious. I understand you want to make sure that people just don't try to get free items, but this is not the way to go about it. If you want people to continue to purchase items from you, then you need to change the way you think. Until this chair, I've been happy with everything I've bought from you, but this could be the deal breaker. This entire situation is unacceptable. Kjøpte stolen i håp om å få en ny favoritt stol. Jeg er 190cm høy, og sitter med hodet oppi taket. Stolen er ubehagelig å sitte i. Vil ikke anbefale dette produktet til en godt voksen person.

This sofa broke just shortly after arriving. I contacted vevor but no response. We don’t recommend this and will stop buying here. Services are poor and lack of quality is obvious.
