Missing the hardware bag and 2 bent poles. Box had alot of damage and must have fell out. I reached out to get the hardware took 2 weeks to hear back, ridiculous. Was told they couldn't ship hardware bag for some weak excuse. Customer support is terrible with this company, which sucks because they have quality products most of time. If you got this with all the parts it's prob a 2.5 star product. The little wire mesh is very lightweight and will.not keep a hungry coons out. So expect to cover bottom with another layer of chicken wire, best to bury some of it or make it so nothing can dig under. Luckily I had almost everything laying around to put this up besides door hardware so.i improvised.

I have written and showed pictures of non part and also 3 parts with wrong holes in where they need to be to click in place. Everything else works but these pieces and the one missing, so I cannot move forward with completion until I get correct parts. I have been nicely told that there is nothing wrong and I should rotate these bad parts to work....wanna see a picture of what that looks like? Its not good. Either get a refund, or do not buy this product.

Erst wurde unsere Sendung zu spät Versendet. Hierfür eine kleine Erstattung erhalten Paket endlich angekommen. Mehrere Teile weisen Beulen und somit optische Mängel auf. Auf den Detailbildern im Angebot sind Eckstangen zur Stabilisierung abgebildet, diese sind gar nicht dabei. Der Support wurde kontaktiert. Auf diese Beschwerden wurde gar nicht eingegangen. Es kam immer nur eine vermutliche KI Antwort, dass sie Bilder möchten, diese wurden mehrfach geschickt und trotzdem wurde nicht reagiert

Cheap wire, not enough zip ties, missing parts. These are cheap for a reason. Stay away.

Wire mesh is not what u c in pics..had to use hardware cloth..frame is ok would have just bought frame if possible.its very light door hardware is junk...imo...3 ft chicken wire dor a 6 dt span tied together with 500 zip ties looks horrible..wavy and drooping everywhere..replace with cloth

This comes with garbage fence even though it advertised hardware cloth. It’s completely useless and would have been cheaper to buy wood and build a run because we now have to spend a shit ton more on proper hardware mesh to keep the chickens safe. So dissapointing

Built it and took 2 days to build. Instructions can be misleading because it says you need a part and shows wrong picture. It uses hardware cloth so that is not fully predator proof. Door is not the best in the world also. If you want something to hold you over until you can get or build something better this will work but if you are looking for quality this is not it.

Until now I have been pretty happy with my vevor purchases. This coop is low quality,especially for the price I paid. It's flimsy. The hardware cloth is not a sturdy product as it states in the description. I was planning on purchasing another coop here soon but I will not be doing that now.
