Would have loved to use it never received the coop

China junk. Went together easily. Not sturdy at all. Plan to buy your own wire and about 500 extra zip ties. The wire included won't keep any predators out and there's not enough zip ties to properly seal the pen. Door needs reinforcement as anyone predator can push in the bottom corner. For the same price you can build a better more secure structure.

Bilan global mitigé, grillage trop fin, même bien tiré il gondole. Attention à protéger du vent car pas très stable. Personnellement, c'est pour une utilisation occasionnelle comme mon cas pour des poussins, afin de les protéger des rapaces (buses, éperviers) en attendant qu'ils deviennent adultes.

This is extremely hard to put together because only about 1/4 of the poles are labeled. The rest of them just had smeared ink where the numbers were supposed to be. After I started putting it together, I realized I was missing 2 #4 poles. The box had a tough life before it got to me.

What I got is at the standard expected but several of the pipes were missing but I decided not to chase it up with the company as it would take too long and I had materials lying around the shed I could use to get it set up.

Arrived damaged and missing parts to my door. Vevor would not return my product. The most I could get was $100 refund and I’m left with a pile of scrap.

5 poles arrived damaged and unusable. Submitted claim. No Response. Chatted with customer service since they don't have a phone number. "Oscar" lies and says they've contacted me. I resubmitted all info to Oscar who says he will make sure it gets resolved. Long story short, they have attempted to placate and IGNORE ME thru 5 documented conversations. NO resolution whatsoever over 3 weeks of trying This unit is UNUSABLE without all the poles. What shameful business practices. WASTED HOURS OF MY TIME TRYING TO RESOLVE THIS. HOURS!!!! I will never buy another Vevor product as long as I live. I can't imagine this company will last much longer. What a JOKE. Disputing the charge with my credit card company. Up yours, Vevor!

Missing the hardware bag and 2 bent poles. Box had alot of damage and must have fell out. I reached out to get the hardware took 2 weeks to hear back, ridiculous. Was told they couldn't ship hardware bag for some weak excuse. Customer support is terrible with this company, which sucks because they have quality products most of time. If you got this with all the parts it's prob a 2.5 star product. The little wire mesh is very lightweight and will.not keep a hungry coons out. So expect to cover bottom with another layer of chicken wire, best to bury some of it or make it so nothing can dig under. Luckily I had almost everything laying around to put this up besides door hardware so.i improvised.

I have written and showed pictures of non part and also 3 parts with wrong holes in where they need to be to click in place. Everything else works but these pieces and the one missing, so I cannot move forward with completion until I get correct parts. I have been nicely told that there is nothing wrong and I should rotate these bad parts to work....wanna see a picture of what that looks like? Its not good. Either get a refund, or do not buy this product.
